2. Cash on Delivery

Nobera offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Payment is collected when your order is delivered.

We recommend checking your package and confirming that you have received the correct item before completing the payment. Once the order has been accepted and payment has been made, the transaction is considered complete, subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.

3. Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Nobera reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation will be applicable to your order.

4. Delivery

Our estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nobera is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Minor variations in appearance do not qualify as a return or exchange unless the product received is materially different from the product ordered.
