  • Outside Dhaka: 1–4 working days

Note: Friday is our weekly holiday. Orders placed around the weekly holiday or public holidays may require an additional business day for processing or delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number when placing an order.

  • If delivery fails because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address/phone number, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
